Charlotte Hilmer was a German visual artist who was born in 1909. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Woman with large Flower - Frau mit großer Blume' sold at Auktionshaus Stahl 'North German & Marine Art' in 2015. The artist died in 1958.
